Doll's dress and panties set

Doll's dress and panties in mauve floral print fabric. The dress has a white inset to the bodice trimmed with pink lace and a satin bow, . The puff sleeves are trimmed with the same white.  The hem is trimmed with white broderie anglaise lace.  Fastens at the back with velcro. The matching panties are elasticated at the wasit and legs.  A pretty little outfit made to fit the 18 inch high Cabbage patch doll.
